Honestly I am not entirely sure what visual changes your choice of design entails. However I am about to re-run this to find out.
To me this is a statement of the game's quality; that I actually care enough to find out about this kind of diddly-ass minor change.
Of course another statement for the game's narrative and ludic mastery is how this quests works with the next one If I am able or if you care to find out i will notify you of what changes.
I am a user of the downloaded version of steam and I am not sure if they share the discussions or if the two are separate.
Edit; I've checked and it is as i'd though. This discussion does not appear on my steam. A bizzare design choice for a community - to disallow parts of community on different steam services to converse with one another at ease.
